| 概要 | The RAW 264.7 and J774.1 cultured cell lines were co-cultured with a Wnt agonist (cell permeable pyrimidine compound) and the reaction was observed. Wnt agonists induced cell death at concentrations of 1-10 μM and induced β-catenin accumulation in the nucleus. Wnt agonists showed caspase-independent cell death but no further involvement in cell death ER stress signaling. Although Wnt activator induced cell death, it was suggested that low concentrations of pyrimidine compounds may reduce apoptosis. |
