| 概要 | Viral-infected macrophages produce NO but it is unclear how to overcome viral infection. The RAW264.7 cultured cell line was infected with 4C protein-deficient Sendai virus and compared with wild-type Sendai virus. Deletion of 4C protein significantly induced NO production. It was suggested that C protein inhibits NF-κB activation and inhibits iNOS expression and subsequent NO production. |
